About Our Housing

Revolution Housing is a co-living landlord working with social workers and community organizations to provide affordable, supportive housing for people in need. We partner with agencies that require emergency or temporary housing for their clients, and we offer stable, short- or long-term housing options. Each resident has their own private bedroom, and we provide all essentials, including beds, linens, toiletries, kitchenware, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and utilities, which are all included. The typical going rate for a private room is $650/mo with a $300 security deposit. Our homes are sober living environments, and all residents sign a license agreement that outlines the house rules.

In each property, a live-in manager typically has their own room and serves as the point of contact, reporting to Revolution Housing. Social workers can easily refer clients through a streamlined submission form, and each client receives access to an onboarding app with the license agreement, payment details, and house rules. We welcome individuals with challenging credit, criminal histories, or past rental issues. Our mission is to redefine affordable housing through co-living arrangements that directly connect social workers and their clients to valuable housing resources. For clients with specialized needs, additional services can be coordinated through third-party providers.
